Hi Silverstreak. I havent heard of anything happening at VIVA that’s out of the ordinary. Projects in Costa Rica ALWAYS take longer than the original projection dates, and this even includes the biggest and wealthiest developers.
VIVA is a good project and will get done eventually, so if you invested there, i wouldnt start worrying just yet. Keep in mind that almost everything here is delayed, and that a winner is the one who’s projects are delayed less than the others.
If you want to contact me about any projects that are already completed and are ready for investors to take ownership NOW, go ahead and email me at brad @ estaterealty.com
Take care.
